Flemish bond brick patterns on the west and east end walls, are a stunning architectural feature. The exterior walls are over 1 ft. thick, and the fireplace hearths are 6 ft. There are some serious repairs needed, however. The dining room floor is sagging over 6 inches in some areas, indicating deteriorated floor joists, and there is not much access under the house. The kitchen needs floor repair and many of the bottom cabinets are missing. There is no heat on the second floor. This house will not qualify for any traditional mortgages. Sold "AS IS".
